NAASW has hosted pilot peer supervision groups for individual practitioners who work with adults/elders and children/families. As part of a monthly series, participants were able to present cases and dilemmas to each other and to brainstorm abolitionist strategies for moving through practical and ethical tensions. NAASW hopes to develop a peer supervision guide for individuals interested in starting their own peer-led supervision groups.
